We Just wanted to express our most heartfelt appreciation to Michelle from Adina hotel Wollongong for looking after us so well recently with our booking We had multiple changes due to timing and personal family reasons and at all times Michelle demonstrated outstanding customer service, patience and most importantly, took time to listen and was extremely caring and understanding of our situation. What resonates most with us is the fact that in a very short space of time Michelle achieved what so many hotels fail to do and that is to make us feel so highly valued as customers. The levels of engagement , genuine care and the service we received was not only exemplary but will remain with us and be long lasting and this has now guaranteed that we will be advocates of this hotel and its staff now and into the future.

Adina staff were excellent. We were late checking in as we had been through a very exhausting & stressful day. They upgraded us to a suite & sent a complimentary bottle of wine to our room. Staff very friendly & accommodating. Highly recommend.

Nice comfortable rooms, good pool/sauna area. Close to the Entertainment Centre and football stadium. Loads of restaurant choices within 100-200 metres away.

NOVOTEL WOLLONGONG NORTHBEACH REVIEWS

I visited this hotel for a conference, and it was really good. The conference room was on the first floor with plenty of space, and coffee was served to all upon arrival. Parking was easy on surrounding streets and free. We went for a walk during the break, and the beach was stunning. Lunch was served on time and was delicious, with plenty of choices for all. The dessert was also nice.

This was a great central hotel to everything we needed for the weekend. Close to the gorgeous beach, close to delicious eating places and close to a wedding we were there to attend. Rooms are well appointed and any requests were provided promptly. Housekeeping staff were friendly and accommodating. We would not hesitate recommending this accommodation.

Perfect stay for our little 1 night get away. Husband was working in Wollongong and we decided to make a mini-getaway of it. The Novotel was in the perfect location to be able to go out and explore Wollongong and very comfortable to be able to come back for a rest. The buffet breakfast was great. the staff were very friendly and helpful.

When the second elevator will get fixed that will be the best hotel in town. Great location, room was spacious and spotless. Heated pool and balcony. Call then directly to book a room and you will get a bargain.

Thank you for taking care of my family. We had a beach wedding nearby and I need to assist my daughter with car exchanges. The staff were very helpful and the rooms had a great view of Win Stadium.

Executive Balcony Room. The bed is comfy and the pillows medium firmness. Complimentary late check out is offered till midday is requested.
