Several months ago we went to Snooze Warrawong to look at a king size mattress. We were really lucky we were served by Noel. His deep knowledge about mattresses was really impressive. After asking us our general preferences he narrowed down about 4 mattresses and got us to sleep on all of them and solicited our feedback. He really was genuinely interested in our comfort rather than make a quick sale. He took his time to make sure we tried each mattress as many times as we wished. Based on his customer service we felt we were really being looked after and we ended up buying a mattress. It was delivered on time. Several months later we went back to Snoozeto browse a queen bed and mattress for our guest room. Again lucky Noel was there. He remembered us clearly even though it had been several months since we bought the King mattress! He greeted us and again went to work walking us through the options available for a queen bed package. We again walked out of the store with an invoice in our hand for a queen bed and mattress and can't wait for it to get delivered. Can't recommend Noel enough.

Noel and team were fantastic! Great product knowledge, took the time to really understand how we slept and what our preferences were. Never felt pressured - we came to the store 3 times before deciding but we still got a great deal when we did even though Noel knew he had us convinced at that point. And the best bit?? The sleep. We LOVE this mattress! (Maddison Empire was our choice - you know its quality just from how bloody heavy it is.

Noel is very helpful and has a wealth of knowledge He knew which bed suited us before we had even started testing beds. Noel promised us that we would love the mattress and bed we chose and he was 100% correct It was a pleasure dealing with Noel. We recommend Noel and Snooze.
