Massive thanks HIB - i had an urgent job to install a new oven so i wouldn't have to cancel my market stall this Sunday. They dug deep to make it happen on the same day right before the long weekend! Absolutely amazing experience start to finish.

HIB were friendly and professional from start to finish. We recently had them install ducted heating and solar, the team was a lovely group of people, they showed up on time, their work was very neat, they cleaned up after themselves and were super competitive on price. I'm also very confident that they'll be around for a long time, so we can go back to them if we have any further work or need parts/warranty down the track! I asked SES to supply and fit a cooktop. My original choice wasn't available. Mia sourced a suitable alternative which I approved. Kain installed the cooktop quickly and efficiently. Kain was running late on the day, so he called me, and we worked out a suitable alternative time for the installation. I was very happy with the whole process. and can recommend SES highly.

Everything is properly organised and there is good communication around quotes and appointment times - this is why I have gone back to SES multiple times. Kain, who completed my latest electrical work, was excellent to deal with, extremely helpful and communicative. Highly recommend.

Elliot clearly has experience and knowledge of the industry. He was prompt in his response to our questions and the guys who did the fitting of our EV charger were great. On time, efficient, explained what they were going to do and just did it. Highly recommend.

Excellent professional and prompt service. Ben sent Brodie to do the two smallish jobs we had requested and then he offered a free safety check which identified less than optimal safety in our old switchboard. He explained everything clearly, made recommendations and ket us decide. He problem-solved the issues and fixed them - we think previous electricians found them too hard to fix. Very reassuring that everything is now as safe as it can be. Good to find a business with such high standards in the tradie world.
