I don’t often leave reviews, but My Touch were just so helpful I thought they deserved a shout out. Quick, clean, and affordable service, paired with some light and friendly conversation which made the whole process easy as! I went there to get a screen protector for my iPad and the employee threw in a new screen protector for my iPhone for free. Made my day to be honest. If I ever need anything for my phone in the future i’ll definitely be back

Took my iPhone 12 in to get the back of the phone (glass screen) replaced. Very fast service. Staff were welcoming and very helpful! Also put a screen protector on for free! Definitely recommend, great and affordable prices.

Outstanding service, very highly recommended! My wife and I had new Samsung mobile phones and needed the data transferred from one to the other. I had an amazing experience with Oz Repairs- Mr BJ My phone had a cracked screen and a battery issue, and they fixed both quickly and professionally. Replaced my battery, and fixed my sim card that some muppet from a different phone shop had broken. Didn't charge for the extra fix as well. And did it all with style and cool, actually calmed me down while I was stressed. Great little shop, and a very capable technician.

After going to another phone repair place and being annoyed at the lack of communication from the girls in the office (the guy on the phone was good) I proceeded to go to this place. I'm so glad I did! He tested my phone. Showed me what was wrong. Explained what i needed. Gave me a choice of after-market or original. He fixed what he could on the day while I waited. Ordered the parts i still needed. They arrived the next morning. He then fixed the phone completely the next day and threw in a freebie. So glad I went here. Having my phone Fixed and back in my hands I was able to capture the Aurora!.

10/10 I would highly recommend! This is the best phone repair in glenorchy and customer service was awesome. I cracked the hinge of my Samsung flip. The store tried to repair the hinge to save money at my request but It was beyond repair so it was replaced. the store contacted me a few times to make sure i was clear about pricing, the colours of replace my and what my options were. It took 2 days to complete, and they worked hard on repairing the phone and making it as cheap to repair as possible. Thanks so much!
