We have used Sackett Services before (Sanden Heat Pump hot water unit) and had a great experience with that. So dealing with a supplier we already knew and trusted was important when choosing an air conditioner we could also rely on... particularly for service call-outs in the future. Right from the quoting stage Sackett Services were open to exploring the best location for both indoor and outdoor units to maximise efficiency and minimise noise transfer etc. The Mitsubishi Electric floor-mounted unit we chose was installed in under a week from ordering and works perfectly for the unusual shaped space. The installers were fantastic with great on-site communications and a professional approach. We could have paid a little less to get a unit that was not 'certified dealer' sourced and/or installed, but the thought of being bottom of someone's list of priorities if things went wrong did not appeal to us at all. Review websites are full of such unwanted experiences. A competitive price, quality unit properly installed and great service - 5 stars!

Josh provided us with a highly competent and thorough service of our split system AC. He also found and provided photographic evidence of an installation fault so that I could follow up with the installer. I have used Sackett for a number of years across four properties and I have never been disappointed with the service they have provided.

The staff who came for the quote and the installation were all fantastic and very professional. The quote came through same day and they were able to book our installation quickly after this, even during what I'm sure was a busy time leading into summer. Due to a job that took extra time the day before they pushed my installation back a few hours, but kept me well informed of this and ensured this was fine before changing the time. When the team arrived to install, they were friendly, professional and did a great job. The communication as a whole was fantastic and I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting a heat pump installed. Plus, my cat is loving staying cool on the hot days we've had since!

I recently had a fully ducted sytem installed by Parr Aircnditioning. Super impressed, ive been working in the construction industry for over 20yrs and running a building company for 15yrs. These guys are the best in the business. From the intial meeting to the quote to the install. Super professional, they even took all of the old systems away and left my property spotless. Highly recommend these guys.

I had a good experience and price with Parrs after being treated very poorly by another local heat pump business (despite being a loyal customer). Parr's office had great communication; they were quick to get the part I needed, the technician was professional with his conduct and communication, and he did a thorough job, and the price was the best I found.
