A big thank you to B&W Appliance for their service, I took a Dyson stick vacuum in for repair, I had a quote for a repair but after speaking with Dyson who supplied the part FOCiI took the part to B&W Appliance who then fitted it for me at no charge, thank you.

When I described the issue with our washing machine to the technician over the phone, she suggested a diagnosis of the problem and recommended we get a new machine rather than waste the $160 on someone coming up to take a look. Very helpful!

This Company is the most unprofessional, backward, uncomunicative , unhelpful, company I have ever dealt with in Tasmania and Victoria. They have no idea how to answer a phone, take a message, respond to a message, deal with a client, how to schedule in a repair, follow up with scheduled repairs, or turn up to do the repair. Very unsatisfactory and frustrating experience and suggest you avoid using them at all costs.

Answered the phone when I rang, was clear about cost & booked a time in for the next day. He rang when he was on his way & diagnosed the problem & fixed it...........not so happy that my Fisher & Pykel oven needed repairing 7 months out of warranty in the first place though! Would definitely recommend Yogi's services.

Had a repair under warranty done, so I can't judge the pricing. Communication was excellent and prompt, I didn't have to chase them up a single time, they got the job and follow up done in the timeframe they had promised, were on time for appointments and worked very quickly.

Came late but got the job done without just rebooking it. Fridge was fixxed under warranty and works great now.

Took my vacuum to get hose bracket replaced…99%sure motor was swapped took it back and he said it was not working like normal, nothing had to be done to the motor? and motor had to be replaced …. Maybe just maybe put my original motor back at a cost. - Mick P Reply
