Very happy with Phil from Scorpion. He did a wonderful job of finding rodent entry points and setting baits to rid ourselves of these uninvited guests. His explanations and advice was very welcome. We have found our new pest control company. They do what they promise and arrive at appointed time. I am very impressed with their service and professional attitude to their work. And Glaziers Bay was not out of their way.

The pest control is great, they're always very helpful when they come out. There is a young receptionist that is clearly struggling with speaking to people on the phone. I have her name and an explanation of what has occurred. Please call me (my name should be as written) to discuss this as I am deeply frustrated and would like to have her removed from the list of contacts I have with the company until she receives more training.

My service technician Jeremy an absolute pleasure to deal with! Very professional and capable, explaining the process along the way, giving great tips and tricks to future proof my property and was personable, making it a very comfortable experience! Working in customer service myself, I appreciate the effort and pride he puts into his work. He is an absolute asset to the business, I will absolutely use this service in the future!

In the Huon Valley, it’s difficult to impossible to get any service provider to do anything in any reasonable timeframe. But not AJ!! He’s a great communicator, a true expert, and gets the job done and does it well. He also seems to be genuinely passionate about pest control. 100% recommend.
