“Dr Tony Kuo completed his medical education in New Zealand, graduating from the University of Otago School of Medicine, Dunedin, NZ, in 1999. He earned the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons Fellowship in 2009 and received postgraduate fellowship training in two surgical specialties, Otolaryngology and Plastic Reconstructive Surgery. Throughout his training, Dr Kuo accumulated extensive experience in head and neck surgery, cancer excision, and the reconstruction of complex head and neck defects. In addition to his clinical work, Dr Kuo has a keen interest in academic medicine. He has authored numerous medical research papers and contributed to a Head and Neck textbook.

2025 Update: Dr Tony Kuo is a Conjoint Lecturer of Newcastle Medical School and Macquarie University Medical School. He is accredited and operates at Macquarie University Hospital, Sydney Adventist Hospital, Gosford Private Hospital and the Central Coast Health (Gosford Hospital).”

“Dr Indu Gunawardena graduated with her Bachelor of Medicine / Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Sydney, Australia, in 2001. Dr Indu Gunawardena was a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS) in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery in 2011. She is interested in research on topics such as Head and Neck Oncology, Rhinology, and Sleep Apnea Surgery. Dr Indu Gunawardena has presented and published her research nationally and internationally and strives to apply evidence-based medicine to her clinical practice. She has received several research grants and awards for basic science and clinical research in otolaryngology. Being referred to Dr Kuo has been such an effortless and quick process for my daughter’s operation and diagnosis. Happy with our experience and her results couldn't be more thrilled with the process and outcome.

Amazing Dr and team. Both of my kids had Grommets and Dr Kuo was very caring and friendly. I highly recommend! His team are fantastic.

Had my nose broken and fixed by another doctor and went back and said I had trouble breathing especially at night, couldn't do anything. My Dr me a referral for Dr Kuo first impression was very good I had a collapsed nostril and gave me a couple of options one was a brand new procedure an was a instant fix and minimal interruption for me, I would give the procedure 110% I now have friends going to him as there is a lot of people that have the problem, Thanks Dr Tony Kuo. - PA Reply

Absolutely amazing and very professional ENT. She gave us a detailed outline on her plan, spent time explaining everything to us, immediately booked in a check up, and urgent request to the hospital for a hearing test. She presented the benefits and risks with having tonsils removed for our young toddler and plan to reasses along with steps to take between appointments. The level of professionalism was outstanding, answered all questions, and we felt confident with her ability to treat our son. She was also great with him and he felt comfortable with her.

Dr Indu saw me re vocal hoarseness, and determined that I also had unseen nasal/ sinus issues. She was professional and compassionate in all her dealing with me- I was quite anxious but needn’t have been. The surgery went very smoothly and my ENT problems are gone. Highly recommend her- glad I travelled from Newcastle to Gosford for her services.

Amazing doctor, fixed all my snoring problems and now full of energy and do not have nanny naps at 2pm any more. So much more productive at work and active with the kids. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Dr Shashi Singh is an incredibly professional doctor. The surgery he provided on my nose was life changing. Before seeing Dr Singh I thought not being able to breathe through my nose was normal for me, Dr Singh changed this completely for me. He has an excellent, warm “bedside manner” and goes above and beyond to ensure his patients receive the best treatment. The nurses and administration staff that work alongside Dr Singh are very helpful, professional and knowledgeable in their field. I could not recommend Dr Singh and his staff more highly.

I have been a patient of Dr Singh for over 10 years and I always receive excellent care, time taken is never rushed and I'm very grateful that the central coast has a wonderful ENT servicing our area. The administration and nurses that work alongside Dr Singh are professional, helpful and knowledgeable and I always feel very taken care of. Thank you Dr Singh and all your staff!.

Dr Singh is fantastic! He performed multiple surgeries on our son starting at a few weeks old and the care he showed to us was very reassuring. He was also always available if we had any questions in between surgeries and never went to surgery as an option without seeing if something else could be done first.
