3 Best Gynaecologists in Central Coast NSW

My husband and I have been to see Dr Farag many times over the past 19+ years! We have 3 beautiful children (naturally conceived) and now I've been back to see him for gynecological issues in recent times. He is always professional and friendly AND is very proud to see my grown-up children who are now 19, 16, and 13. It is so welcoming to walk back into his surgery to familiar faces with the lovely Sharon at the front desk (17 years of service says wonderful things) and the delightful Amy pottering around behind the scenes. Yes, sometimes you wait to see him...but babies don't wait and you want your obstetrician there for you when your time comes! So glad to have Dr Farag in my corner when I have needed him. :--)

I can’t speak more highly of dr Farag, he has been so helpful and so supportive through my pregnancy and fertility journey. He’s testing goes above and beyond, he always has been warm and welcoming and given me so much respect and time during my appointment. The admin have always been friendly and yes you may have to wait a while but he is ran off he’s feet. And he is worth the wait. Highly recommend.

Dr Farag has delivered all 3 of my children. All 3 of my pregnancies had complications. His care is professional and he is very thorough with testing. The office staff are very professional and so helpful. Nothing is a bother. I definately recommend Dr Farag as an obstetrician, especially if you experience complications.

We would like to thank so much Dr Metawa and his gorgeous receptionists Cecilia and Narelle for all the caring they showed towards us. Not only the amazing experience of the doctor made every steps of the pregnancy safe, but also the warm atmosphere that welcomed us every time we entered in the studio, made that period of our lives a very positive experience and for this we will be forever grateful. Our lovely baby is a dream comes true and this was possible also thanks to the Doctor!

I had been seeing Dr Metawa before becoming pregnant through a GP recommendation. Because I had felt so comfortable with him during that time, We chose to see Dr Metawa for both our pregnancies. Dr Metawa is very caring, professional and informative. I had such great experiences through both pregnancies and births and could not recommend him & his team enough.

We visited Dr Metawa during our first pregnancy and found him to be extremely patient, helpful and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything and answer every question we had. His surgical work is also second to none and we had multiple nurses comment on his amazing work. You won't find a more personable and caring obstetrician. We can't thank him enough for all his advice and for delivering our daughter. Can't recommend Dr Metawa highly enough.

Had the most amazing experience with Dr.Peta Skilbeck. It was my first baby and she made me feel comfortable my entire pregnancy informing me on everything I needed to know. She advised and gave me confidence to ask questions even if they were silly. Through labour she was very reassuring and put the health of the baby and me before anything. Advised if something needed changing and was very calm and reassuring when it came time to have a cesarean. Very kind and knowledgeable in all aspects and made me feel as though my voice was heard throughout the whole process. I would like to thank her and the team that helped prepare and deliver our beautiful baby girl Hazel.

My wife & I cannot sing the praises of Dr Peta Skilbeck & her talented professional team enough. Dr Skilbeck managed the pregnancy for my wife & our daughter from the initial appointment, delivery & being discharged from the hospital. We had the pleasure of having the knowledgeable midwife Amy with us too. My wife & I are both medical professionals so we are somewhat selective with who we decide for our medical management and care. We intend to have all future pregnancy’s handled by Dr Peta Skilbeck and her team at intuition private obstetrics & gynaecology.

Everyone who works here is absolutely incredible, kind and nurturing. They were incredible with assisting my wife during her pregnancy journey, they kept everything calm and happy! The Nurses and Dr’s are some of the best in the biz! We genuinely know what we would’ve done without them! We will be recommending intuition to everyone we know! And we will Definitely be back in the future!
