3 Best Psychiatrists in Central Coast, NSW

I have been seeing Dr Montanari for years. I started seeing him for ADD, however he also picked up on a heart condition I was unaware I had. He is very thorough and takes his time to explain things, so when you leave you are well informed. He gained my trust which is huge for me and supported me through some very difficult and personal times. He is an excellent specialist and I hope he never decides to leave the area.. His receptionist I can't forget to mention, is also lovely and caring .

My daughter has had many psychiatrists in the past and he is by far the best. His knowledge of medications and understanding of people is unsurpassable. My daughter says she will not see anybody else - ever - again.

Absolutely incredible person and psychiatrist. Gentle, kind, genuine care & and brilliant listener. Knowledge far beyond any other psychiatrist’s I have seen. Thanks Dr, see you again soon.

Dr Ranasinghe is a brilliant psychiatrist as well as an insightful, caring and patient Psychotherapist. Highly professional, experienced and ethical. Both brilliant and very kind.

He’s the best one there. So kind and lovely I wouldn’t see anyone else.

I would highly recommend Dr Kalava. As soon as I walked in she was engaged and ready to listen, she took a lot of notes of my symptoms and made me feel comfortable. She correctly identified what I have been struggling with, we had a good laugh about things and she got me on medication, but starting off gradually. Dr Kalava takes a look at your whole health, to see if there is anything else that may be effecting your mental health. Dr Kalava is empathetic, knowledgeable and has a great sense of humour.

Dr Su Kalava listened to me & what my preferences were over the options she gave me to treat my medical condition. I feel she has the expertise , knowledge & experience when dealing with especially with anxiety & adhd . I feel comfortable seeing her again.Knowing that she listened to me on my first appointment .She didn't ask any irrelevant questions . I would recommend Dr Su Kalava.
