“Dr Pippa Birkin provides extensive care for her patients. She completed her medical degree from the University of Birmingham in 1998. She has been a proud member of the Australian workforce since 2003 and has primarily been based on the Central Coast. She completed a rewarding and exciting six-month tenure as a doctor for NETS (Newborn and Paediatric Emergency Transport Service) in Sydney, where she transported critically ill infants across the state by air and road. She has worked as a paediatric trainee in various hospitals throughout New South Wales, including John Hunter Children's Hospital, Children's Hospital at Westmead, Royal North Shore Hospital, Taree Base Hospital, and Maitland Hospital. Dr Pippa believes in having a holistic approach to patient care, being both child and family-centred when planning patient care.
