Absolutely outstanding meals and service amid a modern take on Victorian era decor. The meals had well balanced and nuanced flavours and enjoyable textures. The use of great local produce really enhanced the freshness and flavour. You could tell a lot of thought and love had gone into the menu creation. It really felt like food, elevated to another level. The service was prompt and professional, welcoming and friendly. The interior design was impeccable, as was the cleanliness. Save room for the delicious desserts!

After traveling all over Tasmania with my sister and brother in law and eating our way all over the island Brisbane street bistro has unanimously was awarded meal of the trip definitely 5 star.

Beautiful husband and wife team. My party and myself vote this restaurant number 1 across Tasmania. Spectacular food, outstanding!

I discovered Carrie Crêperie in Launceston and honestly, it was the best crêpe I've ever had! I had the Peachy Days flavor and... wow! The crepe was incredibly light, thin, and full of flavor. Every bite was a real treat, with a perfect balance of sweetness and fruity flavor. If you're passing through Launceston, this is a must for crepe lovers!

What a gem. This is such a great addition to Launceston’s CBD. Delicious crepes, I would personally recommend the Harajuku style crepes! The staff are also very friendly making it a lovely treat on a weekend afternoon!
