Fantastic course with interesting layout. Good variety of holes with some shorter holes which require placement off the tee plus some challenging longer holes where you need driver. A couple of standout par 3s, one almost 200m in length and one around 150 metres which is all carry over a lake! Greens are very firm and fast so with the undulations you have to think about most putts. Good value golf at $55 each including a cart if there are two playing together. You can also walk the course. There is a large driving range here too which is an all weather facility

As someone who has never played golf before, I had a really positive experience. Staff are friendly and helpful. The course is absolutely stunning and the grounds are well maintained. Plenty of wildlife on the course, so keep an eye out. I would recommend bringing heaps of sunscreen, water, and snacks! I will definitely be back :)

The course at Half Moon Bay Golf Club is both challenging and scenic. The coastal views are a highlight, making each round enjoyable. The greens were well-maintained, though the fairways had a few rough patches. The staff was welcoming and provided good service. The clubhouse is simple but functional, with a decent selection of food and drinks. It’s a good spot for a relaxed round of golf, especially if you appreciate a course with natural beauty.

I didn't expect much from this course, but was mistaken - it was excellent. It was a challenging course that has very little room for brute force and hitting long. The staff were great and the facilities were good. Looking forward to the next time I can play there!

My family rented 2 golf carts for an hour to explore the course and wildlife. It was $30 per cart, which we thought was well worth it and so cool they allow this option. It was a really hot day so it was a lot of fun to see some new wildlife this way. HEAPS of kangaroos, two galahs, bush thick knees and more. We did many wildlife trails while visiting Australia and this was the only place we got good looks at kangaroos and saw galah. We also grabbed some golf shirts from the shop which are really nice quality and have the kangaroo symbol on them.

Amazing club, very friendly. Beautiful greens and scenery also awesome seeing kangaroos everywhere.

The course was in good condition, especially the greens. Unfortunately very dry need rain soon to green up some dry areas. Would play there again.
