Wife and I enjoyed a lovely Signature Thai Detox Massage. The store had a really good atmosphere with great decor and lighting. We were so happy we booked a deluxe spa peticure the next day which left our feet really nice and fresh, with a massage that really we both really enjoyed. Both massages really worked out a lot of knots and got the pressure just right. The owner is really nice and we had a nice conversation and was also provided tea afterwards. Out of the many massage places we passed in Cairns this was by far the best.

I had an incredible experience at Natural Palm Day Spa. Attending with my best friend, we had the Lost in Paradise treatment package which was so relaxing and beautifully put together. Palm and Nut were so helpful and created a perfect environment for us to relax while away on holidays. I particularly loved the body wrap and the massage. We would absolutely come back.

I had a wonderful experience at Natural Palm Day Spa. I was very lucky to win a facial at Christmas time. So relaxing and Kumi was friendly and welcoming, she made sure I felt comfortable. The atmosphere was peaceful and my facial felt so nice after with the gorgeous smelling rubs!! Thank you Palm for a great experience and for making my appointment process easy.

One of the best spa experiences of my life. The welcoming cool water and refresher wash cloth with essential oils on arrival, the generous facilities, the robes, the aromas, candles and subdued lighting, the treatment itself -sublime! We chose the spa taster couples package. The quality of the treatment itself was very high and the quality of products used were so amazing we bought a few to take home. Time to sit and relax with the cool water and herbal tea afterwards was a wonderful bonus. We didn’t want to leave. Thank you all for a wonderful experience. We’d fly back to Palm Cove just for the spa treatment.

Recently I booked a pamper treatment for my wife and I. It was our 20th wedding anniversary. The whole experience was nothing less than perfect. We will definitely book another package whenever we come back to holiday in the area. Thanks for making the day special.

I had a 90min massage and facial today and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Felt super refreshed and relaxed. I like the breathwork and bell ending that was added to the sessions and the choice of the type of oil used for the massage. The water and antioxidant tea and the end was also a nice touch.

I have just had The Bali Borrah package and oh my goodness it was beyond amazing. Nim was my masseuse and she took the most care with me. From the moment I walked into the reception area I felt welcome and to be honest relaxed and important, that feeling just kept on coming. The massage room was gorgeous and the bath area was fabulous too. I have never before felt so relaxed. Thank you so so so much. I will be back again and again and again.

One of the best spas I’ve been to, including 5 star resort spas, for a much more accessible price! I took my mom to get the white lotus package as a couples service, and we had the most lovely relaxing time - the vichy shower was entirely new to me but I want one every day now! Thank you white lotus for helping us start our vacation off right.

Such a beautiful place with such a peaceful atmosphere. Me and my partner had the 1hr couples massage and afterwards sitting in the garden sipping tea we said the gardens and sound of the water and the smells of the oils made us want to stay forever. Thank you to the White Lotus Tropical Day Spa!
