Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Giant Cairns! From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me choose the perfect bike for my needs and provided a thorough, no-pressure explanation of the features. The selection was impressive, with bikes and accessories for every type of rider. The service was top-notch, with quick turnaround times for adjustments and repairs. Overall, a fantastic place to shop for anyone from casual riders to serious enthusiasts. Highly recommend.

Purchased a new mountain bike recently from Giant Cairns, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Dealt with Nathan, who was fantastic from start to finish. He sorted me out with the perfect accessories and ensured the bike was fitted and tuned specifically for my height and weight. Nathan even installed the accessories promptly in-store and took the time to show me a few maintenance tips, which was really helpful. Great service all around. Thanks for your help, mate – I’ll definitely be back when I’m ready to pick up a road bike next.

The guys at Giant Cairns are both professional and friendly, they have made a great job of servicing and looking after my two bikes. They also gave me good advice and a great deal on a new bike recently. They remember who you are and always up for a chat about bikes.

I rented from Pump n Pedals for the Multisport World Championships in Townsville and I can’t stress enough how great the experience was. The renting process was simple but this review comes from the above and beyond service I received from Adam. Not only was he super thorough and helpful in making sure I understood the bike before my race, but he came in super clutch right before my second race. I had already returned the rental not knowing that I’d be able to race again. Extremely last minute on my part, but Adam pulled through with getting the bike back to me so I could make it. Absolute legend 10/10, Adam was key to making my experience a success! Cheers.

For outstanding service (both customer facing & the technical bike team) this is the only bike shop to choose in Cairns - this team worked tirelessly on a late Friday afternoon to ensure my rear shock was fixed & ready for the Rainforest2Reef event. I could not have asked for more. Great team & great service.

Fantastic experience with Adam, who was a lifesaver and sorted out various issues with my bike last minute before an event. Was very kind and did it with ease, had me sorted in less than 10 minutes from walking in and I felt to be in very good hands. Many thanks again to Adam and the broader PnP team.
