The team at pycsam are so friendly and inclusive the best part is their creche services and the lovely ladies who are so caring, knowledgeable and patient with all the kids and their caregivers/parents, I recommend Viv and her team highly, they are truly professionals in their field and keep all the kids happy (and their parents all feel safe to leave their children there). The female only section is awesome and their LGBTI+ inclusivity is great. A safe place to go workout where judgement is non-existent from included classes where the PT's will cater to you, the amazing staff on the front desk, free and tailor made gym programs, family memberships, supplements and drinks and much more- definitely the best gym in town!.

Such an amazing gym with the most friendliest and helpful staff. The service of child minding is next level, the staff are super welcoming and accommodating making my children feel so comfortable and at ease. My three look forward to their daily visits and I appreciate getting my daily visits in knowing my children are in the best hands and having a great time.

Great gym, the staff are all really friendly, the creche staff were great and I enjoyed going there.

Joining the Mind & Body Fitness team is one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself. As someone who had never attended a group class before I was very nervous, but from the moment I first walked into the gym I felt welcomed and supported by Courtney and the other members. The classes suit all ages and ability levels and the workouts are always changing so there is lots of variety and you get to challenge yourself in different ways every class. Courtney is knowledgeable and passionate and has built an amazing motivating community and inclusive atmosphere which makes you want to return each day. I have gained so much from the gym, both mentally and physically and I am stronger and fitter than I ever believed I could be. My confidence has grown and the constant support and encouragement from Courtney and the members who have now become friends really makes Mind & Body Fitness feel like family.

Since relocating to Launceston, we researched local gyms and discovered Mind Body & Fitness. From the time we reached out to enquire, Courtney has been welcoming, friendly and inclusive and goes out of her way to make us feel welcome. The classes are fantastic, constantly changing and a full body workout. There is a definite family vibe, very encouraging and friendly. Courtney and Esther are fantastic at keeping up your motivation and pushing you to succeed and give it one more, right to the end. We love the fact that the classes are 45 minutes long, give great variety and you are constantly on the move. Highly recommend and encourage people to come along. The class booking system is SO simple to use.

We were looking for somewhere we could join group classes, but were nervous about what most Gyms had to offer - as we didn’t have a lot of experience with group fitness, but liked the idea. We signed up to SIX TO SUCESS with Courtney, who helped us set some goals, and coached us daily, including on our water in take as well as daily tasks to keep you on track with your fitness goals. This program covered both mind and fitness and was an amazing way to help us start group fitness and meet the other members.

This gym is very well set out with a great range of equipment. The showers / change rooms are private and clean. There is Parking outside the door and it is close to the centre of town. Totally enjoy my time here.

Staff are friendly and accommodating. They know their sports and fitness training and how to achieve the best results for each customer.

The gym is a great place to work out, clean and fresh. Noting that there's no free parking around the area.
