Absolutely Outstanding Service! Called up looking to purchase a bicycle stem and living on the north end of the state wasn’t sure what was possible. However the lady that served me on the phone (I believe her name was Kate) went over and beyond to not only find the product i was looking for but also package and express post the item out to my location, with it arriving less than 24hrs later intact. She is a Legend and deserves very high praise. Well done Giant Hobart.

Golly my experience here was excellent. It made me wonder how people can be that fresh, energetic, and personally helpful with each customer. So impressive. Jake helped me with a bunch of bicycle questions fired in all directions, giving me tips and clarity. I'm very grateful and would recommend this business to anyone looking for some advice and service that goes above and beyond.

Great service and really good bikes. A significant point of difference is the Giant gravel bikes which were perfect for riding the pipeline track. Would definitely seek the Mcbains team out again next time we cross the ditch to Tassie.

Brilliant experience and friendly advice with my bike build. My girlfriend also bought a new Focus bike from the shop. Nick & Jacob have been the most friendly without overselling - but also gave strong recommendations regarding bike protection and security. The guys went over and above for myself andy partner. Big trust, I wouldn't go anywhere else - 11/10 for service.

Walked in needing a quick repair before going bike touring and the staff were so helpful! Ended up tweaking both our bikes and were very SO lovely, giving excellent recommendations for both the bikes and our trio in general. A wonderful store. Wish we'd had the opportunity to give them a thank you gift.

I drive a 5 hour round trip to buy my bike stuff from these guys! They’ve got a great range of accessories, are always happy to order stuff in if they’ve not got it in stock and have a fantastic selection of floor stock to ogle at. They were able to source an SL7 Checkpoint for me in about 3 months when my local Trek dealer was saying 18+ months. Even hand deliverd a new helmet I purchased for me recently Everything a bike shop should be basically.
