I absolutely could not recommend coming here more. The inviting ambiance, friendliness, and the staff’s attention to detail are beyond exceptional. Specifically, Georgia carefully understood my needs over the phone whilst I was booking my appointment and when the day came kindly greeted me and got me sorted for my appointment. I had the most relaxing experience while she was washing my hair and she was so kind throughout, and so friendly and attentive to everything I was saying!

I called on a Wednesday wanting a senior stylist with time to discuss a new look and got an appointment on the following Saturday. The service was great, the stylist was super understanding and helpful with her advice and I really enjoyed the atmosphere and yummy drinks. Will absolutely be back!

Was my first time going to bob today and Rhiannon did such a good job, she toned my hair to the perfect colour and got rid of the horrible dirty blonde. She was very kind and understanding that I have Fragile hair that I’m embarrassed by it. Also no trouble with toning my braided extensions. Will definitely be turning.

Very professional, knowledgeable, and they explained each step, how long it would take and the costs involved. My hair is perfectly cut and my curls are soft and bouncy. Even after a significant lightening with bleach, my hair is soft and smooth. Delightful conversation and they make a damn good coffee too.

Such an incredible experience. Courtney is clearly a master at her craft, she listened to all my nonsense and I left feeling completely glamorous. The ladies were all welcoming from the get go. Can't recommend them enough!

I always look forward to my appointment at Salon Kephi - and it’s not just because they serve cocktails and treats! The girls always give a warm welcome and create a personal relaxing atmosphere. As a client, I feel highly valued - I love the fact they don’t stack appointments so they focus on me and my hair one-on-one and I know my appointment isn’t going to drag (they don’t attend to other clients in between). Even though my hair has been an unnatural treated clean white blonde continuously for over a year my hair is in great condition because of their skill and low-tox products. I highly recommend them.

A wonderful first visit at Salon Kephi! After a really negative experience at another salon earlier in the morning, I called Salon Kephi and they were able to fit me in later that afternoon. I’m so glad I did because I absolutely love how my hair turned out! Jayda was amazing, knowledgeable, listened and understood exactly what I wanted. The added little extras like a massage, delicious hot choccy and goodie bag at the end topped off the experience. I feel pampered, and SO much better than I did just a few hours prior. I highly recommend this beautiful salon and will definitely be back. Thanks ladies!

My visits to Salon Kephi are always a most delightful experience. The staff offer friendly and professional services. A neck and shoulder massage is the perfect way to start your visit. Hayley attended to and delivered my style wishes with ease from her years of experience in hairdressing. The salon offers a stylish space that’s not unnecessarily noisy as other salons are. I highly recommend Salon Kephi without any hesitation. You won’t regret it!
