As a first home builder, Mark, John and Anna provide comprehensive information so that I can build the house swiftly without any hiccups. I was guided well and was kept well informed during the building process. I guess if you have clear in mind of what you want without the need to make unnecessary alterations, GJ is definitely the way to go for efficient building process. Moreover, they use good quality building material which is money well spent. I strongly recommend GJ if you are novice in building houses.

From our initial meeting with Erin we knew we had chosen the right company to build our house. Erin assisted us with all the initial steps to get the build started. Our Project manager John was fantastic keeping us in the loop on all progress on the build. The whole GJ Gardner team of trades respectfully worked together to complete our beautiful home on time, we can highly recommend this company to anyone who wishes to build. Building a house for the first time was a nerve-wracking experience for my wife and me, but working with Brad and Vanessa from Value Homes made all the difference. They guided us through every step of the process, offering kind advice and patiently answering all our questions. Despite the numerous changes and requests we made, they always listened attentively and made it happen. We couldn't be happier with the results. If we ever decide to build another house, we would definitely choose Value Homes again. Highly recommended.
