3 Best Mattress Stores in Cairns QLD

We recently purchased a new mattress through OMF Cairns. Staff greet you on entering store and are very helpful. We purchased a firm mattress and it was delivered the following day. Thankfully we also purchased a mattress protector which allows you to swap mattresses if not completely happy. Unfortunately the original was too hard and causing problems for hubby. Went back to store and chose a different mattress, we just had to pay the difference which was minimal. We did the mattress swap ourselves and avoided delivery costs. The whole process was easy and the staff were great. We're now sleeping very comfortably.

I recently bought a new bedroom suite in store, what a pleasant experience it was. The staff member (Paula) that helped me was knowledgable on their product, friendly and took the time to understand my requirements. My guests love my upgraded spare room! Would recommend.

Thoroughly recommend purchasing your mattress and/or bed frame from here - Paula is a wonderful friendly salesperson who knows a lot about OMF's products. We liked our experience so much we went back to purchase a guest bed after buying our own bed.

If you would like a superior mattress shopping experience, salesperson Remus at the Cairns store will ensure that is exactly what you will receive. So helpful, knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Can't wait for our mattress to arrive and we came away with expertly provided pillows so we are looking forward to trying those tonight. Today during our visit to the Cairns store, Ashlyn was excellent. She dedicated her time and extensive knowledge to us, reminding us of a sports psychologist for mattresses and sleep! Ashlyn could pick our every need and knew exactly where to take us next in trying out each mattress. She never pressured us into a mattress, making sure we were comfortable in our selection. She taught us so much about knowing our body and what it needs for a restful and supportive snooze. We had little intention of making a purchase today or at Snooze as we have a credit voucher for a different company but Ashlyns service changed this decision. Thankyou.

Lucy and the team are fantastic and I can not recommend Forty Winks Cairns enough. The whole process was easy from the moment we walked in the door from the time we drove away from the warehouse. Not only did Lucy take the time to provide all options on bed frames we were looking for, the kids were occupied with other staff members so hubby and I could make a decision without loosing our hair in the process and on collection the man at the warehouse was super helpful! Thankyou team.

We dropped in to look at replacing our mattress we lost in the floods, and ended up leaving with a new one on order and felt like the staff here were really empathetic and helpful. Highly recommend these guys.
