Shey at Chef link was very accommodating when my elderly mother attempted to by the worlds biggest meat slicer. She was happy to accept the return of said slicer and sell her a marginally smaller one. All with a can do attitude and a smile. Lovely local business even for someone who is not in the hospitality industry.

Went into store today to get chef jackets and trousers and was assisted by Daniel, can't recommend more! Amazing service and great prices! Great guy!

Visiting Cairns from the UK. I really enjoyed my visit to Spotlight-Cairns... I was left to touch the fabrics and search for dressmaking patterns to my hearts content. I joined as vip member online to get their discounts, was activated instantly. When ready I went to get my fabric cut (Liberty quilting AUD10/m on sale and an australian print poplin 14/m) and staff was very friendly and helpful!! Got 4 simplicity patterns at 2 for AUD12. For someone with British pounds, this was all a great deal Might return before leaving

The lovely assistant named Kelly at Cairns Central was so helpful & knowledgeable, I couldn't recommend her more. Answered every question honestly & recommended the ideal product, also helped remind me I had a voucher from the loyalty system too!

Big thank you to Kellie at Robins Kitchen Cairns Central for making the extra effort at close of business on a Sunday. Made sure I got the full discount and kept checking the click and collect system so I could get my ID3 roast and grill pan, which in my view is a great bit of gear that does the job better than I hoped. I was let out through the security doors after closing with my purchase which made my day.
