Very impressed with the staff at the Cairns store, extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Heather worked with us to suggest different pieces and options that might suit, she gave us so much time and attention and was very gracious about her lunch break being interrupted. Fabulous range of both indoor and outdoor furniture.

Fantastic customer service! Straight forward sale, we knew exactly what we wanted. Heather was such a delight and kept us informed all the way from purchase to delivery. We opted for in-home assembly, which was so quick and efficient! We absolutely love our forever table, now I just need the buffet and entertainment table.

The team at fantastic furniture went above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service and were really supportive in helping us with our issue. They resolved everything in a timely manner and our product arrived a lot quicker than expected thanks again everyone well done.

Wide range of quality made furniture, from loungeroom to dining to bedroom. Well made and built to last. Items are more expensive than other shops, always ask the salesperson for a deal and they'll "see what they can do" Overall a pleasant buying experience.
