He's a true gentleman who patiently let us test drive 3 different cars, never pressuring us and happily swapping them out until we found the perfect fit. He went above and beyond to ensure we were 100% satisfied, making the entire experience stress-free. Kerry is a true asset to Toyota and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a used car in Cairns.

From Brisbane and bought a used Toyota Corolla from these guys. Jamie was a really friendly salesperson which walked me through the entire process and made sure every imperfection or blemish was known despite not inspecting in person. Really good customer service and competitive pricing, would definitely look for my next car here.

Amazing service. I was really impressed with the staff. They also have a courtesy bus to drop and pick you up while the cars getting serviced. The person doing the service makes a video of what they're doing, explains everything you need to know, and sends it directly to your phone - very impressed. Keep up the great work.

We had such a great experience from the time we first looked at cars at the front. We arrived just after closing and was still greeted by Phil who showed us around and invited us back. This we did first thing Monday and the excellent service continued all the way to delivery. A big thank you to Phil and the team at Trinity Hyundai. Our 4th Hyundai and our best. Purchased the new 2024 Hyundai i30N through sales consultant Albert. The purchased was made externally- as I work away and was unable to come in person. Despite the circumstances, Albert was incredibly helpful and informative in relaying information and getting things done in a timely manner. His sense of urgency and attention to detail allowed the whole transaction and process to be completed stress free and with ease. Would recommend Albert along with the rest of the Hyundai team.
