I have lived at The Beaches at Smithfield now for just over 12 months and am extremely grateful to have found a unit here. The complex and grounds are always kept in immaculate condition and on-site managers Kimberley and Rob are extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating The complex has some great facilities and I regularly take advantage of the pools, BBQ’s, gym and tennis court. I would recommended The Beaches for anyone looking for a nice rental property or investment on the Northern Beaches of Cairns.

The Beaches has been an amazing place to live for the past 4 years. The pools, gym, tennis court and grounds are beautiful and always in pristine condition. Kim and Rob have made The Beaches a safe, relaxing, and overall terrific place to live through all of their hard work over the years. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to move here.

I have lived at the beaches for 4 years now and have only received the best management from Rob and Kimberley. In the rare occasions that you have an issue with your apartment, Rob attends to it very promptly and professionally. Kimberley is also frequently available and always friendly. On top of a great location and well kept facilities including 2 pools and a gym, this complex is an easy recommendation.

Recently stayed 9 nights in a premium apartment ( unit 57) which had fantastic views over the boardwalk, bay and mountains. I am very pleased with the apartment which was modern, very clean and well fitted out. Also, this unit does not over look other units, so plenty of privacy on the balcony and in the unit. Richard was great to deal with when I had a couple of questions and also we were allowed to check in earlier which was really appreciated as our flight arrival was before midday. I definitely recommend this unit and am hoping to come back and stay here again.

LOVED!! We stayed in room 57 on the 9th floor for a week. We stayed with our 2 kids for our wedding/honey moon. This unit is fantastic. Clean, modern, comfortable and homely. The bathrooms had recently been renovated so they looked different to the picture which was a nice surprise. Very well put together by the host. We even got an early check in and late check out. My only negative feedback was the internal locks were not lockable with a key which made us anxious with 2 kids and a high balcony. Other than that 10/10. Would highly recommend booking this unit. Thank you.

This modern apartment on the edge of the water with breathtaking views is amazing! Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Balcony is amazing to relax.

A little gem set only one street from the beach! The apartment was spacious,clean and very well equipped. I especially liked the inclusion of plastic cups/plates for the little ones. Perfect for families. The grounds are well kept, peaceful and with a great pool. We really enjoyed our stay in Trinity Beach and hope to come back to Cocos soon.

We enjoy staying at Cocos, because Rhona & Clive our Managers are spot on with their service. The Unit is always spotless on arrival, and if something stops functioning during our stay it is fixed ASAP. Cocos is a superb location, and we should keep it a Secret.

Lovely place to stay.... Rhona and Clive do an amazing job... The unit and grounds are so clean and tidy. Everything you need is there and it's so close to many things you can to do. We have already booked our next trip there.
