Silke is incredible. She has changed my life. I have lived with debilitating anxiety and fear since I was a child. Silke is a wonderful practitioner. She is warm and very supportive in her manner before you even get to the hypnotherapy. Just completed my fourth session with Anne... What an absolutely incredible experience. Just as I think it can't get any better, or I can't possibly feel any lighter in my heart and soul, here I go again! She has helped me to transform the way that I view myself and life itself, elevating me in ways that I didn't even know I needed to be elevated. Right from the start, Anne understood exactly what I needed and tailored my wonderful sessions to my exact needs. She is such a beautiful human, who radiates understanding, depth and knowledge. I am so grateful for her.

The sessions I had with Anne have benefited me so much! There's a lightness in my energy and mind now. The things we visualised I created and I'm very happy with the new connections I have manifested into my life. Anne helped me to bring forth my inner knowing which has brought me peace.

Christina is a very professional and caring lady. I am very pleased with the improvement in my life after only a few sessions, after suffering from anxiety and bad childhood memories most of my life .Christina has provided me with the guidelines and self confidence moving forward to keep improving. I had such an amazing experience here! Christina was amazing, super supportive and thorough. Always made me feel safe and understood. After 3 visits I am much more calm and relaxed in everyday life. I went originally due to a fear of vomit and she helped immensely with this but I didn’t realize how much everyday anxiety I had too that she helped with! Hands down amazing and couldn’t recommend more! If I ever need help in the future I would 100% go to her first.
