Just leaving a comment to say since the new management, they are completely different from the below reviews. They are now open the hours noted and have stock of products! Really awesome the coast now has a reliable, well run day and night pharmacy.

Awesome new owners. Great customer service. After finally getting a script from a tele-consult they were still open and very fast filling the script. Thanks guys.

Very happy with the service I received. The location is excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend.

I was a little confused at first when driving on to Sydal St from Caloundra Rd as to where the entrance was to the store. You have to drive around and take the drive way on the right, behind the store and park up. On the day there were deliveries so the van was hiding the entrance (back corner of the building). Huge range of products at probably the best prices in town from medication to supplements, perfumes etc Staff are pretty good on their knowledge of things and helpful.

Today, on visiting the Chemist Warehouse in Caloundra, I was greeted by a lovely lady named Bronwyn who assisted me with my large list of things to first find and then purchase . Bronwyn was one of the most helpful and friendly customer service people I have ever come across. I would like to thank Bronwyn for all your wonderful help today and also let the company know that they are very lucky to have you as a company ambassador. All the best, and thanks again, Grant

Great bargains, current sale is extensive with the current cost of living saved so much money on makeup, vitamins and perfume. A young lady Camille was very helpful to both myself and my daughter. She had a very extensive product knowledge especially when it came to probiotics, prebiotics and natural remedies. Had such a great school holiday experience for both of us.

I would like to express my gratitude to the staff at Terry White Kawana 1 especially Tania and Sophie for their excellent customer service. Tania is an ex nurse and is extremely knowledgeable and helpful when I needed to choose pain relief for my frozen shoulder and Shophie was very informative with the perfume sales and let me know a discount when the next Terry White catalogue was released Thank you Keegan for your time today, I would highly recommend your pharmacy.

It has taken me a while to get around to reviewing, however my service was so great at this store last week I couldn’t let it slide without a review. I was greeted at the counter by Emma who was very thorough and kind and seemed genuinely concerned for my wellbeing, she then passed me on to Sue (the pharmacist) who spent so much time helping to understand my problem/past medical history to help resolve the issue. I really appreciated her advice and time. The store was busy but I still feel like these ladies really took the time to understand and help me. Thank you so much, it’s nice to know there are still pharmacy staff out there who can provide service like this. I will be back.

A lady named Tahnee served me and she was absolutely amazing ! She took the time to make sure I was happy with my purchase was so friendly and kind, she deserves the recognition for her incredible work.
