Excellent customer service by Wei Wei and extremely helpful. I came into the store only to browse and compare the value against another diamond ring I was going to purchase, from a different store. However, full disclosure was not provided by this particular store I would have ended up purchasing a "Laboratory-Grown Diamonds". Wei Wei has gone an extra mile to assist me selecting the perfect diamond Engagement ring. All my concerns and enquiries were provided promptly. Not only did I purchased the beautiful sparkling Engagement ring, also purchased the diamond Wedding ring as well. What a perfect MATCH...!!! Many thanks Wei Wei for your excellent service. My husband brought my engagement ring from OM gold & diamonds and then we went & purchased our wedding rings. The experience from start to finish was incredible, when Dave explained to Heather what it was I liked, she showed him the perfect ring. They were so helpful throughout the whole process and even with our wedding rings Heather got it right. In the 6 years we’ve been back & forth having them cleaned and polished. They have never been too busy for us and always make us feel special. OM gold & diamonds are a wonderful jewellers and they have a great team. I went to Tiffany boutique in Perth for the first time and purchased a perfume... I felt very welcome and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable... Fantastic service! Went in today and was served by a lovely lady who showed me exactly what I wanted. Was happy for me to try on anything I wanted in the store, gave me complimentary chocolates and a drink while we wait for her to wrap things up. Felt like I was in Breakfast at Tiffany’s. Will definitely be back again.
