Claudia put up with us jumping on some beds on our own before running us throught the bedmatch analysis. She then went through the options with no pressure and when we made a decision was able to negotiate a bit further and even throw in some freebies. Delivery was quick and the delivery people were efficient assembling the bases, took away the rubbish and showed us how it all worked, all on a Saturday afternoon. Great experience all round, thanks.

Ryan was absolutely great. We knew nothing about mattresses and he helped us do a technical bed match to assess the best mattress for us. He was super professional and friendly - didn’t pressure us towards any purchase and gave us honest opinions on what suited us best and for our price range. Would highly recommend.

Friendly staff, excellent level of information about their products and about mattresses in general. Good range of different mattresses on display with very helpful open samples of their construction. Through discussion of our needs and a bit of gentle upselling we purchased a top line product. Prices are not low like some of the discount stores but the products are high quality and Australian made. Delivery of new bed and removal of old bed occurred exactly as promised. After 3 nights of much more comfortable sleep the new bed has a 5 star rating. Thank you to Dan at the Victoria Park store. Great service.

I am extremely happy with my Makin mattress. I also purchased with it a mattress base with drawers plus a bed head. They are an Australian company and their product is manufactured in Australia. You can test their mattresses in the shop and I think you will be convinced that their product is superior.

Took my 81 year old mum to look at beds. She thought she wanted a king Single but what she "needed" was very different. Arif was fantastic.
