We had an amazing experience building with Home Group! From the very beginning to handover, the communication and quality of workmanship was phenomenal. We are in love with our home and our family and friends are completely wowed too. We are so glad we put our trust in this builder to bring our first home to life - definitely recommend!

Building with HomeGroup was amazing. From choosing our block of land to house plan and all of the little bits. They were informative and thorough when explaining each variations that came up. We are now happily enjoying our new home and if we ever built again we will be using Home Group again. 5 stars!

Highly recommended Homegroup for any new build, we would go with them again. I can't believe how beautiful our kitchen is, it's the heart of our house, where we all bond together, it's the highlight of our house and we get a lot of compliments on it. The whole journey was as smooth as it could be.

I would like to thank Summit Homes Group for building our Home. I was not sure to go with them, however my hubby was 100% sure about their workmanship, honesty and commitment. Due to bad market and rates things were not very favorable for either of us, however we didn't get extra surprises. Whatever they quoted 2 yrs back, same they charged. No surprise at handover :-) Firstly I want to thanks Royce, he designed fully lighted and ventilated house (took care of my Vastu too) . Whatever I didn't agree to him, i regret today lol. He is smart. Initially project was going slow but once "Catherine Thiel " & "Michael Boyer" took the project our sweet home was built so fast. Everything was perfect. The fittings were better than expected. Each day makes me so happy.

A great start to the building journey. Tim Quinlivan is great to work with, very helpful and accommodating but always ready to offer guidance by drawing from his wealth of experience to ensure the best results. It all started with Tim responding to our online inquiry, however the initial engagement wasn't progressing due to a change of circumstances. Second time around, we nearly went with a different builder, but Tim persevered and consistently assisted us with all the questions that eventually convinced us to build with Summit Homes.

We recently signed a contract to build a house with Summit Homes and our experience so far has been excellent. Ian Rowson, our New Homes Sales Consultant, has been incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the initial process. His inputs & professionalism made the initial stages smooth and stress-free.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Nick Paiman from Celebration Homes and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. His knowledge in the building industry is evident from the start. As first home buyers, he guided my husband and I through every step of the process, providing valuable insights that helped us make informed decisions. What stood out the most was his exceptional customer service. He was always available to answer questions, address concerns, and offer advice and went over and beyond to meet our expectations within our budget. His friendly demeanor made the entire experience enjoyable so far and we hope to keep working closely with him as we move forward in this very important journey of our lives.

Jason Mayne at Celebration Homes was very knowledgeable with his ideas and advice given. Nothing was too much trouble for him and we feel he went above and beyond to get a design together that was perfect for us. He was transparent and always gave us all the details before signing anything. He was also prompt at replying to all our questions and patient when we needed time to go over the designs and plans. We are very happy with service provided by Jason and would recommend him to others who are wanting support in designing their family home.

Overall a very positive and amazing experience interacting with various staff at Celebration homes for our first home build in Perth. The entire home collective process is very well defined and organised with someone always there to hand hold the process as we progressed. Special thanks to our Home Consultant Jason Mayne who showed great patience and was accommodative to requests during our interaction as both my wife and I can sometimes get meticulously detailed about our home design and layout. Jason has also been honest in providing his personal feedback and sharing constructive opinion on ideas that can further improve our home design. I would have no doubt in recommending anyone who needs to build a new home in Perth to engage Celebration Homes as their builder and definitively to go for Jason Mayne as their Home Consultant.
