I called Kevin yesterday morning after my regular service man had a family tragedy. Kevin answered immediately, understood my issue : I texted a photo of the lock needing attention, and he advised immediately they could assist. Nick arrived 20 minutes later. The job was completed quickly with new parts he carried in the well presented van and he was on his way. The cost was quite acceptable, payment via his portable EPTPOS device tapping iPhone to pay, and the door is now secure. I've put their contact details on the fridge from the magnetic sticker provided and Sheehan Locksmiths are in my contact list for next time!!! Highly recommended.

Was very lucky to have Kevin's help today on a Saturday morning. Gave him a call and arrived within 30mins and helped me get back into the apartment. My mum had locked herself out of the bathroom. Two days of trying everything ourselves and asking for help from “handy people” and we couldn’t get it open. Atlas Lock &Key tried to give us instructions to save us a call out fee but we couldn’t open it. He was unable to attend until 6:30pm and even though he was running late, his communication was as excellent, texting and advising his new time. Well! It only took 2 secs for him to open the lock and he said not to worry about the call out fee, and just charged $30 petrol money, Where do you find an honest tradie these days with good communication? Highly recommend +++++

Brilliant service. I just walked in with a broken car key, thinking I may be paying hundreds of dollars for a replacement. The kind lady took my broken car key out the back, came out a couple of minutes later, walked over to my car and started it. Best part is, when I asked how much do I owe her, she said no charge. Will be coming here for all my lock needs from now on.
