I am very impressed with the job Teoa did today. He was very thorough, explaining the cause of the blockages, carefully pumped the tank clear and cleaned it up, before cementing over the joins to prevent and odours escaping. He was very friendly and answered all my questions with a great smile. His boss Dianne was very helpfull organising the visit. I strongly recommend Wastco.

Prompt and very knowledgeable service. He explained to us how our system worked and located the primary tank, cleaned it (it had tree roots as well) and covered it up again, despite it being already dark. Great, great service.

We have a difficult site in the hills. 10m height difference from street to ATU system and 50m away. Had a few companies come out and didn't want to touch the job. Wasteco were happy to take it on and did a great job.

We required an urgent removal of + 100,000L of contaminated water. Wasteco arranged multiple trucks and crews to handle this urgent task. It was 40 degrees and their guys worked tirelessly to complete the task into the early evening. Dean was super helpful and came out on the same day as I first called to check out the tanks and see what the issue might be (free of charge). Diagnosed the issue immediately and was able to empty the tanks within a day. Gave verbal quote over the phone straight up - competitive pricing. Highly recommend. A life saver for what seemed like endless plumbing headaches!

Excellent, friendly service. Our Septic pump failed and had someone around that afternoon to provide free quote. Had trouble finding the other septics tanks which resulted in a fair bit of lawn being dug up but this didn't change the initial quoted price. Website is very informative.
