I love these apartments. They are spacious, beautifully finished & offer the best views in Perth . They are also in such an amazing spot and have the best food & Perth events all around. Can someone buy me one.

Recently stayed in my friends apartment within this building and I'm very impressed with the facilities. Above the Ritz Carlton! Restaurants within walking distance, a great investment and base while in Perth.

Went to see the new 5 star hotel and was surprised there were residential apartments in the same building. Wouldn't mind living there at all.

OMG!!! This building is amazing! It really is 6 star luxury. Who doesn't want to come home to an oasis, a sanctuary. It really is like a resort with an infinity pool, spa, sauna, steam room, outdoor shower, poolside cabanas, outdoor lounge areas, etc all surrounded by tropical foliage enjoying Perth city views. Just wow! Everything you need is close by. You can walk to Mt Claremont Village for a coffee. The beach, Lake Claremont, and Claremont Quarter are within 3km. I have an investment unit in here - always quick to rent and the rental return is phenomenal. LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!

I have stay here 5 years already and still enjoy! The public facilities are convenient and beautiful scenery outside my balcony can be seen everyday.

Fabulous facilities, location great, lovely community of people of all ages.
