My husband and I had pretty much given up on trying to fix our issues when a friend recommended Hans, and we thought we'd give counselling one last go (we'd tried counselling previously with not a lot of improvement). Hans listened to both of us and very accurately explained what was going on in a way that neither of us had thought about before. We have had three sessions and feel better than we have in years. We feel Hans has really given us proper tools to move forward together.

Hans has been very helpful in giving us the tools to combat issues in our marriage. We couldn't reccomend him enough, he really knows his stuff. he's inviting, relaxed, and personal. We were able to gain advice, understanding, and strategies with a few laughs along the way. Thankyou Hans.

For over ten years has Rachael supported me and my partner, as a couple and individually, over that time to develop more productive communication skills and a greater sense of empathy for each other. She was flexible with session times, understanding of the demands of work and parenting, and we have worked with her online and in person depending on our circumstances at the time. I highly recommend Rachael for her warm but professional approach to counselling, creating a safe space for people to work through difficult conflicts and find a better connection with themselves and others.
