David has a wonderful capacity to help gently guide me back to myself. I feel most at peace and empowered when I’m feeling connected to my feeling self in the present moment. I reach out for sessions with David when I’m struggling to connect with my present state, when I’m completely caught up in my head. His inquisitive questioning helps me untangle my head, reframe ideas, and somehow, so interestingly, creates a path that allows me to be more present with myself. From that place, life feels less overwhelming, calmer and sometimes pretty exciting. Thanks David! I highly recommend session with David, you might get to know yourself in wonderful ways that you couldn’t have otherwise known existed.

I have now been working with David for several months and, while no change can occur overnight, his empathy, listening skills, and general kindness on a regular basis have positively impacted on my issues (my general complicated nature is complicated further by the fact that I am severely disabled individual reliant on others for most things). I see in David a very rare ability to encourage people (ie me!) to ask the right questions of themselves. It then means their relationships with others can truly improve because they begin to know themselves accurately and honestly.

After working with Katie, I found myself in a closer and more loving relationship with myself, which transformed my life in such a surprisingly positive way. Katie engaged me in a ‘finding your heartbeat’ activity which asks you to reflect on what brings you joy, inspiration and motivation. For me what surfaced was a desire to write a book on a subject that was always close to my heart, just waiting for the right time to emerge. Her facilitation gave me the confidence to bring this long held dream into reality. Katie is a very creative and intuitive therapist. I always felt a deep safety and unconditional respect as she guided me through exercises to elicit self-knowledge and strive to honour my heartbeat in my project. What was most enjoyable for me was the felt belief that Katie was genuinely excited to see my true self come alive and be open to new possibilities
