All three ladies who helped me were so lovely. Mae (the optometrist) was so patient and kind- explaining everything as we went through the eye test. The other two were also fantastic and really took time to help me choose frames and make other choices for my glasses- thank you!. Great team- they should be congratulated.

Booked myself and my daughter (4yo) for an eye test, took our 1.5 year old in as well and all the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The lovely girl that did our eye tests was so sweet! highly recommend.

Professional and friendly staff who provided outstanding client services. I would highly recommend OPSM Launceston to anyone who requires eyewear.

Fantastic customer service! Came into Specsavers Launceston for replacement clear and sunnies with an updated script. Nicole was very helpful with generating a rough quote for us with our provider’s contribution. We decided to proceed and Nicole helped us refine the frames to suit face shape and the latest trends. Nicole’s knowledge stood out and we felt very well looked after and appreciated the time Nicole put in to help us select the lens modifications to suit the chosen frames. Thank you for the pleasant experience.

Friendly helpful and knowledgeable staff. I had a great experience from initial contact (phone booking) right through the whole process. Bonus points, I made an appointment, arrived a few minutes early and basically didn’t have to wait. Optometrist was very friendly and helpful, as were all the staff involved in greeting, helping choose specs and the collection and fitting process too. Thank you.

Very happy with the people that work there. Never had a bad experience. Wide range of options, so that’s also good. Plus the price is also really good.
