Traveling from Victoria, my braces bracket fell off and the wire is poking into my cheek, I call Dr Prem, and he helped me out without hesitation to fix my wires, eventho its Christmas/new year weekend and the clinic is closed, Amazing.

Absolutely amazing service from the initial contact call, through to our visit. The staff were outstanding and included our 9yo daughter, and ensured she understood every aspect of the consultation. Would highly recommend them.

Scott Smith did a fantastic job with my teeth, and I was so scared of the dentist, but everyone was kind and caring.

Dr Pohan and his team have been fabulous with my 14 year old - getting her set up and fitted into aligners. The detail provided in our consultation and the technology used is fascinating, everything was thoroughly explained from initial consultation to after care. We are absolutely delighted with the care provided, and find the system so easy to work with, that we are able to manage it remotely from Melbourne - with minimal visits to the clinic. Highly recommend.

Our family has always had a very positive experience when visiting Dr Pohan’s Practice. The staff are always welcoming and friendly, and the high level of care over many years has been fantastic.

Fixed my teeth perfectly using high tech solutions! All team members treated me kindly and offered convenience and support. I can now smile with confidence.

These guys were excellent, extremely professional, courteous, explained everything very well, answered all questions and queries. Always on time. The ladies at the reception desk were very friendly and polite, making sure we understood everything we were told before we left each appointment.

Having 3 children requiring braces and have had them all with Dr Stan over a 16 yr period. Have had excellent results with 1st 2, and 3rd is going very well. Everything explained before treatment to my son, which helps him to relax.
