Going into this therapy, has been one of the best decisions I have made for myself. With Keith, he has allowed me to open up and be vulnerable, and to just express myself without any judgement whatsoever. He provided a safe space. And coming out, I felt heavy weight lifted, but also with the tools and resources that I need, in order to have a better relationship with myself and be more self aware and mindful of my own mental health. I highly recommend going to Keith for a session, as he would even uncover things that we would never have thought of.
