The shop was very accommodating and found me me a last minute appointment at the end of the day. Awesome staff at the front desk, very friendly and welcoming. Had an awesome deep tissue massage with Aei. She was really great, attentive, asked a lot of questions to provide a targeted massage. She was very skilled and gave some tips to help after the massage. The place is clean and the rooms are the right size and feel private. Will definitely go back and highly recommend.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Make sure to book in advance. Street parking is limited so arrive early to make sure you have time to find a park. Bigfoot is clean, organised and professional. The massages are consistently good every time and the staff are friendly and polite. If your wondering if you should try this place, I promise you you 100% should and not be disappointed.

Gold standard service. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable in Mae’s presence. She shows warmth, compassion and kindness. She asked exactly the right questions to know exactly what I needed. The massage itself was beautiful. Bigfoot deserve their high google rating. Thank you so much ladies.

I love getting my fortnightly massage here. I recommend the Thai massage or deep tissue. Every masseuse is very talented but my favourite for the style I like is Venus.

I had the deep tissue massage and was very happy with the service and technique. Would recommend.

Unbelievable, just unbelievable. One of the best massages I’ve had in my life (and i’ve had a lot). Highly recommend.

I’ve been coming here for several years now and highly recommended this place! I have a very bad back and have tried countless massage places but this is the only one that has the technique and strong enough pressure that makes such a huge difference to my pain and overall health. Jessica manages the place well and really identifies what it is that I need with the massage. She is also very helpful in trying to find a time that suits me after work.

I had amazing acupuncture and remedial massage with tamami and my felt very very relaxed and thank u so much, i highly recommend as i been here few years. Always friendly staff and Jessica helped my neck crack. Definitely coming back soon.

I went to this massage shop across from the Westin Hotel for cupping with tiger balm and a one hour remedial massage. The masseuse was strong and knew pressure points well. Then I had the best back walking massage I have ever had. Would definitely recommend.
