Nez is definitely one of the most amazing spirits out here in the world. Even just being around her helps your soul to remember who you truly are and heal. She helps me find my way back again every time I need. She helps you to get back in the state of feeling safe again to create the space you need to grow. Then we find the balance, the eye of the storm to rise. Thank you Nez for existing! You’re a truly a light.

Working with Nez has been amazing, I cannot speak highly enough of her. She helped me see things in a whole new light and bring hope to my future. Working through past traumas, anxiety and grief, she has helped me more than my previous psychologists did. I only wished I had found her sooner.

Cannot recommend enough!! I am so grateful and satisfied with Richards work. My life has transformed since I’ve been having therapy sessions with him. The knowledge and experience Richard brings to the sessions is amazing and extremely helpful! Richard took time and patience to work through my traumas, he never pushed me to open up, he made sure that I felt safe enough before working with my experience. If you are looking for a safe, effective and experienced therapy session look no further.

I have had several sessions with Helena and cannot speak highly enough of her work and ethos. Helena has provided me with immense clarity, understanding, compassion and guidance in order to help me overcome various challenges, and improve holistically.
