We are new to the pharmacy and we’ve found the staff and quality of service exceptional. We have been getting omeprazole compounded for our little boy Ollie and we are always greeted with a smile and a ‘Can I help you?’ Extra special mention to the nurse there! She has taken a couple of my calls and is super knowledgeable & reassuring. Thank you all for doing such a great job! The Si family.

On the evening 4 Nov, my son was sick. I went to the pharmacy and was instructed by a pharmacist named Ben to fill out a form to see the nurse practitioner, Nicole. She examined him very carefully and explained thoroughly to me. I said my English was not good and after the examination, she then went to the pharmacist and they taught us how to use each medicine in details. This is the first time I have had such a truly good experience. Thank you very much Nicole and Ben. Will continue to support and introduce family and relatives to this pharmacy.

Pharmacist Nigel was friendly, professional, and made the flu shot process quick and easy. His excellent customer service really stood out; he was attentive and reassuring throughout. I highly recommend him for his top-notch service. Thanks, Nigel!

I'm very impressed with the customer service of the staff and pharmacist at Murray street chemist warehouse in Perth city. Extremely helpful with information and side effects of medication and also knowledge of products in the store. Very minimal wait time there for filling scripts. Store stockwd well with lots of products. Disabled parking right out the front otherwise city parking very limited however walking distance from the Murray street and Hay street mall and train station.

While I was on vacation, I misplaced my wallet and would have been unaware if they hadn't contacted me via email. A wide of cosmetics/ hygiene products. I like their perfume range especially. All at such affordable prices. The store’s a bit small and can be sweaty if there are a lot of people. The staff are really friendly and ready to assist you!!
