Highly recommend this program. I decided to go and try it for weight loss but mostly try to increase my metabolism and found out I wasn’t actually eating enough. I am now eating way more food than I ever had. The results were quick, I’ve gained more muscle and lost quite a bit of fat. The office has a great vibe with super friendly people.

I cannot recommend the team at Dietwise enough! Seeing a dietician can seem daunting and scary especially when there are so many opinions and social standards around food and dieting nowadays. Lily has been absolutely incredible and has helped me to learn so much about my body and why it works the way it does and what it needs to fuel it while not having to cut out the enjoyable foods. Body positivity and just being healthy no matter your size is a huge message I believe this company portrays which as a client makes me feel so comfortable and at ease when discussing difficult topics.
