I have to say that Ballet Nelson has provided the best service I’ve ever experienced. They are extremely attentive, follow all the protocols correctly, and truly care about their patients. I first went to them for my prescription contact lenses and glasses, and from day one, I have been impressed. Everything is handled with great care and professionalism, always keeping the customer’s needs in mind. The staff is friendly, understanding, and dedicated, and their prices are very reasonable. Their service is truly wonderful, and I recommend them 100% to anyone I can.

Went in to ask about getting my glasses fixed. Staff did that, refused to take any money for it, and were friendly despite not making any money from me. So booked in to get eyes tested. Staff explained the process as we went clearly. Turns out I didn't need new glasses, but their exceptionally friendly service did not waiver in the slightest. When I do need new glasses I will absolutely be back. And congratulations to whomever does your customer service training!

I've been a customer at this store for over 5 years now. I recently had my eyes checked and was more than pleasantly surprised to find that the store had been given a fantastic makeover. The flow from a customer’s point of view is easy. From entry to pre-testing and the optometrist room; it is welcoming throughout. The store is also a lot bigger than it was before, it’s well equipped and has good staff who attend to you quickly. I also find that I’m never left waiting, which is great because waiting is not my strong suit! Emma assisted me with my pre-test and was professional and polite. She was also very helpful in finding and fitting the right frames. Chris (the optometrist) is friendly, professional and very easy to talk to. If there’s anything you don’t understand, just ask, because he is patient and has a knack for making complex things sound easy. I won’t mention the competitor chain that I used to go to beforehand. But I will say the difference in service is huge. Specsavers might be the economical choice, but by no means does this reflect on the quality of service and equipment used, or the quality of the brands and products they sell. If anything, Specsavers is up there with the best. And I can’t recommend the Dog Swamp branch more highly.

staff here are very friendly, thorough and let you choose your own pace in selecting glasses. the optometrist was wonderful and took time to explain any concerns I may of had. recommend Yokine specsavers over any other specsavers store i have visited previously by far.

Specsavers, Dogswamp, is the place to go to to get your spectacles, eyes tested etc etc. The staff are professional, efficient and kind. One doesn’t have to wait to be served.

Charles is exceptionally talented at picking frames for faces, and with his inimitable warmth has elevated the selection and provision of eye-wear to an art. I came in to browse, with no real intention to buy, but was presented with such impeccable service and selection that I was happy to become a customer. Service this good is rare. Not only rare in Perth, but anywhere on the planet.
