I have known Louise professionally for over 20 years and have referred to her and worked collaboratively with her many times. Louise is a skilled clinician in working with complex families and tricky teenagers. She is expert at connecting with clients, she offers empathic but also very practical therapy. Clients leave sessions with new ideas and techniques. Louise is considered in her approach and only offers a service for as long as is required. Families and young people I have referred to Louise have praised her abilities and have felt that the counselling and interventions were very useful. I recommend Louise as a counsellor for adults, families and children and young people.

I don’t think I would’ve had the courage to make the changes that I’ve made without Louise’s help. Her skills are abundant, but it just feels like chatting with a friend. She is very empathetic, suggests simple solutions and most importantly, ways to implement these in a non-confrontational way. The world needs people like Louise.

My daughter had psychometric testing done with this practice. I would highly recommend this excellent service. No long waiting list and excellent communication. They were very helpful and informative.
