On a recent trip to the chemist, I lost my car keys, it was distressing because I had my twin 5 years olds with me, it was getting late and I didn’t have spare keys, I am so grateful of how kind and supportive the young man serving at the register was, he went out of his way to help me and he managed to track down my keys. I have seen him before in the chemist and I’ve thought, how warm and welcoming he is. Thank you Amer, you were a big help!

I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for years and they always greet me in the kindest way! The workers are so understanding and patient especially sefa and Ali, always tending to whatever medication I need and recommend what they think would help better etc.., they really made a difference. Their kindness and helpfulness can truly enhance the customer experience. It's great to see that they went above and beyond to assist me and others, Their dedication and friendly attitude are definitely commendable. Keep up the good work, Ali and Sefa!
