The attention of the staff to the use of technology in the evaluation of clients' vision is excellent, I feel satisfied for having chosen this visual medical center, I loved how they treated me and knowing that language is not an impediment to providing an good attention to a person who, for example, in my case, speaks Spanish. I highly recommend this place

Very helpful young woman staff member at Broadway helped me choose two suitable styles and I was able to have them fitted and wearing them with great pick-up and fit service within two weeks.

Visited Specsavers Broadway for eye sight testing , very good services and quick. Everyone there so friendly. Will be back to get another pair of my glasses.

I booked my eye test with Crystal. She was able to also assist with helping me use contacts for the first time as a personal goal of mine to use contacts more frequently. Her patience, support and technique was very appreciative and now I'm able to wear contacts easily. I will definitely book Crystal and OPSM for future optometrist needs!

Visited the OPSM George St store this morning to have my Brand new Ray Ban reading glasses adjusted, the width needed adjusting. (Purchased this from OPSM in Mosman) Ken was very helpful and adjusted my Ray Bans on the spot. Excellent customer service. Definitely worth visiting this OPSM George St store. Happy customer.

Knowledgeable staff, service focused and efficient at processing eye tests and selecting new glasses. Highly recommend.

Wish I could give 10 stars. Visiting from Brisbane for a concert and left my glasses at home. They got me in for an appointment, helped me choose a couple frames, prescription done and both glasses done, everything within about 90min total. Didn’t even have to pay for parking. Thanks team you were amazing.

Thank you to the amazing team at Zoom Optics. Kim and Killian went above and beyond to reglaze my frames in less than one hour. They talked me through all the lens options and made it all so easy. Incredible service and expertise!

Was recommended a great selection of glasses and felt like I was instantly taken care of. Their selection worked much better for me than the larger chains. Also got a good deal on contacts with their price match policy.
