Zambrero, a well-established Mexican fast-food chain, offers a menu featuring tacos, fresh burritos, and children's meals within a timeless ambience. Renowned as a prime venue for social gatherings, parties, and casual dining, it provides a comfortable setting for various occasions.
Central to Zambrero's ethos is their mission to combat global hunger. Patrons often favour their meat dishes, prepared using the gourmet sous-vide cooking technique, ensuring tenderness and flavour. Every purchase of burritos or bowls contributes to their Plate 4 Plate initiative, wherein a meal is donated to those in need in the developing world. Among their enticing offerings, the delightful quesadilla stands out as a fusion of your preferred filling, tomato salsa, and cheese, all melded within a toasted soft flour tortilla for a scrumptious treat.

ZAMBRERO REVIEWS
Great experience here, the food was excellent and very filling, definitely didn't leave here hungry! Plenty of options for vegetarians and meat eaters. The service was also great, as everything was being made we had the opportunity to add or remove ingredients, so you can truly cater anything to your particular taste. Parking can be tough at times, but well worth it once you do find a car park.
Always happy to eat at Zambrero's. Very busy at Ballarat this particular Sunday night. There was quite the queue but definitely worth waiting for. There was a slight delay as they had run out of rice and the staff were great and informed us of the small problem. The delivery drivers seemed very impatient. Anyway, I got my lamb burrito and my daughter had a vegan gluten free burrito and we enjoyed them very much.
Are here when I came to Ballarat. Was one of the best Gyg (if you're from the other side of Melbourne) alternative that one can have. Highly recommend it.

TACO BILL REVIEWS
I came to that restaurant with my parent for Iftar during the holy month of Ramadan as my mum had never tried Mexican. I loved the food; it was filling and affordable and most importantly halal! Also, thanks to Nicole who works there, for providing us with complimentary nachos and sauce before the meal and for providing us with complimentary dessert! Friendly service and would highly recommend that place.
Amazing food and service. Staff are so friendly and accommodating; they go over the top to make sure our family and dietary requirements are satisfied. Food is great and the staff are knowledgeable on the taste and heat level of all dishes. Our kids and us thoroughly enjoy this restaurant.
Stopped by for a quick dinner whilst visiting Ballarat. The staff were lovely and welcoming, topped off by efficient service of our meals, which were thoroughly enjoyed by all.

PANCHO REVIEWS
WOW. Fresh flavours, variety of options, filling af “tengo hambre”, considerate service, cute decor… this place is one of my favourites of all time now! Just stopped by for a late dinner on the way to Melb and I’ll now be returning to Ballarat! We were too full after the stunning oysters, creative ceviche, to-die-for ox tongue empanada…maybe there was more, but we had to get the desserts takeaway. Props to the chef, the blonde bartender/waitress and whoever came up with this idea!
Lovely little place in the heart of Ballarat. We had only two dishes and both of them were excellent. The Mocktail was something I have never tasted before. Nice to be surprised from time to time. Happy to go back anytime. Super friendly staff explaining the specials of the day. Great place.
Great Latin American food. Most dishes are to share and so many gluten free options (most of the menu). The food tasted fresh, authentic and very yummy. Definitely a great place for a meal.
