i had my nails done today by the lovely natalie who did an amazing job — very gentle but clearly competent and made sure every step of the way that i was happy with the service. she also gave some recommendations re: colour for the biab and the colour turned out better than i could’ve hoped thanks to her input and skill!! i have been going to paintbox for years and natalie is my absolute favourite tech.

Had the best experience today at Paintbox. I arrived not sure what I wanted for my bridal nails and talked through options with Hilary. She did an amazing job of them and I'm so happy with it! She was great and would recommend.

Ly is absolutely amazing- best nails ever- got a long term client and would highly recommend.

The staff were super generous and kind and fixed up all the issues me and my friend had with our previous set for no additional cost. They definitely went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and satisfied. On top of that, they spoiled my boyfriend and our other friend with free pedicures. Definitely a much better experience, the customer service was lovely, and they made us feel right at home. 100% will be coming back.

Came here whilst on holiday from Melbourne and the nail tech (younger girl with hand tattoos) was so lovely, she did my nails perfectly, exactly how I like them and I have visited many salons and experienced all the different ways SNS is done and this was by far my best experience.

BEST NAILS IVE EVER HAD ‘ I will never go anywhere else! They are like family to me.

Arrived this afternoon without an appointment, was rather busy, but they still got to me very quickly. They were fast, thorough, paid attention to detail and gentle! Which is what I look for most.
