This zoo tour is an amazing experience that everyone should try at least once! After spending the morning there, I could see that the entire staff and volunteers are highly professional and genuinely care about the animals. Their dedication creates a relaxed and friendly atmosphere for the animals, making them more comfortable with visitors. I even booked a photo with a koala to help support the zoo's conservation efforts. I definitely recommend taking part in this wonderful experience—you won’t regret it!

Absolutely loved it here. Easy to travel to buy public transport. The staff are amazing. You can feed the kangaroos and take pictures with the koalas. The farm with the llamas, rabbits, goats was great. Crocodile, Tasmanian Devil and exotic animals nearby too. Their animal Hospital is worthwhile seeing and had the Dingo, turtle and alligator on the mend. The mini train takes you around the whole property. Definitely worth the visit.

We spent quite a while in the sanctuary during the day but did their Twilight Tour afterwards. What a brilliant tour. We were lucky enough to be the only 2 on the Twilight Tour and we had the best time ever. Seeing the animals in a quiet setting and becoming more active in the cool Twilight. Most definitely an experience that will never be forgotten.

My partner and I did the package deal consisting of the mirror maze, the museum and the 7D theatre. We thoroughly enjoyed this experience but especially loved the beautiful mirror maze and the lights (we got some amazing photos). Thank you to the gentleman that served us and explained the process to us. We did not catch a name but were told you were a trainee. Thank you very much.

Ride was fun ‘bandios’ , parents enjoyed it kids thought it was scary had to be stopped halfway though unfortunately, Museum was interesting kids enjoyed all the interaction. Maze wasn’t very entertaining was completed in around 5mins plus all the extra people inside made it less fun.

My partner and I had a really fun time. The 7D theatre was something different and a little exhilarating. The mirror maze was also fun (especially the surprise room). Although I have been to Ripley's before and even read the books as a kid, I still enjoyed my experience very much.

There’s a huge off leash dog park inside the botanical gardens, with lots of open grassland space, a small waterway for swimming, and plenty of other dogs for socialisation. There’s a few dog fountains in the garden, and despite there being lots of dogs, the area was very clean and owners cleaned up after their dogs. There’s a marked pathway through the park which is a circular loop, or you can wander across the grass. Overall a fantastic off leash dog area!

The glider takes you on a 45min tour around the gardens. I took my elderly parents and they thoroughly enjoyed it, as did I. We had coffee at the coffee shop in the gardens. We were welcomed by Samantha (owner) with delightful coffee, home made muffins and joyful conversation. Highly recommend.

Lovely garden and adjacent dog area. Great picnic spots and children's playground.
