I had an amazing experience at Neon Hair & Beauty salon, recommend it 100%. Super friendly and cozy atmosphere. My hairdresser Kerolin knows exactly what kind of treatments my hairtype needs and has a really good eye for making my hair look stunning and fresh every time. She explains everything she does and gives a good advice on how to maintain my hair at home as well. Always looking forward to going back!

This felt like more than a new hair do, it was an experience. Well done to Brooke and the team for your beautiful customer service. I’ll be bragging about today and you Sharna, you are hilarious. I researched 4 different hair salons but I chose the Holy Grail. Thank you for the time you all took to listen and the care you showed through the entire process. Magic.

It was my first time seeing Jewels and she was amazing! She made me feel super comfortable and totally understood what I wanted. My hair turned out even better than I expected and I’m already excited to go back. Such a lovely vibe the whole time.

I had my hair done by Ayngel and I couldn’t be happier! She created a stunning balayage that looks so natural and fresh. Even my partner, who rarely notices hair changes, commented straight away and told me I looked beautiful.

I highly recommend Hair La Natural on Chevron Island! In fact I did go to the surfers paradise branch as a mistake and the ladies there were very helpful, approachable and kind, they rung the other branch to see if my booking was there and pointed me in the right direction so they also get a thumbs up! Usually if you are late to a hair dressing appointment as stated in most terms and conditions you would be charged however there was no issues at all every single lady was extremely kind and helpful and it almost had a homely environment (late night appointment that I had got on the first day of looking) all staff and patrons were relaxed and the vibe was good. The highlight to my experience was Sharni a fellow kiwiana, Sharni took the time to really ask and have a understanding of what I wanted without me knowing exactly what I wanted and that came from discussions at every point in the process, I have genuinely never walked out with having learnt about my hair, tips and tricks and learning the does and donts with my hair and how to style it with the correct products! I had expressed I wanted to walk in the hot mess I was in every single way and walk out a new me but remembering the old me, that is the power of a hair makeover with an amazing genuine hair dresser!! So thankyou Sharni and thankyou La Natural hair on Chevron Island!

10 stars! I had a botched hair cut and colour a few days ago at another salon and called Hair La Natural out of panic to see if they could fit me in to fix it. I am was so grateful Ibby agreed to stay back and see what could be done to fix it. ibby is AMAZING!! She worked her magic and i walked out with my hair exactly like my inspo pic, my hair is so shiny and healthy, the colour is better than i could have ever imagined, the cut is superb! I feel so good about myself again! Thank you ibby and the team at La Natural. Client for life and i am so so grateful!

Came into Hair La Natural after I wasn’t happy with a service received at another salon. IBBY served me when I first came in and has been my hairdresser tonight. She has been so helpful! Ibbys been very thorough and has put special focus into maintaining my hair health while achieving the polished look I wanted. I’ve had a 1/4 head of foils done with a root stretch, treatment, cut and blowdry. My hair now looks and feels amazing. I’ve already booked back to get my keratin done with Ibby next week. Can’t wait!
