3 Best Bike Shops in Gold Coast QLD

Had a great time exploring mountain bike trails in the State Forest with my 12yo son yesterday. We hired some serious mountain bikes from Just Ride which were perfect for the task. There is a map at the entrance to the park and an app you can download, and plenty of other riders around even on a weekday, so we never felt in danger of getting lost. Everyone we met was friendly and happy to recommend trails for beginners. We didn't opt for e-bikes but they'd be very handy if you wanted to ride all day. Grabbed some lunch at Cadence Cafe after. Great family activity. Get out there.

I was in the process of selling 2 bikes and needed information about the model numbers, features, etc. I bought both bikes from 99 Bikes, but couldn’t get any help from them. A friend recommended Darren at Just Ride, so I went to see him. What a great experience! Darren was very helpful, and I got me all the information I needed. I’d recommend Just Ride to anyone looking to buy a bike. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

Fantastic morning getting a bike fit and check over. I’m new to cycling, and both Jans and Darren were absolutely fantastic. Tonnes of knowledge to help me get into the sport, and how to progress as I develop. Overall a brilliantly positive experience. I’ll certainly be back next time I need anything cycling related.

Gavin was very helpful from the moment I stepped through the front door. When I arrived at the store I had been looking at other brand of bikes but he was a wealth of knowledge on the brand of bike you carry. He had one in a box and offered to have it assembled within the hour for me. Gavin is an asset to your business.

I’m in the process of buying a bike. After calling many bicycle shops I found a man called Alix. His knowledge of his stock was excellent. His genuine interest in trying to help me was impressive. He was extremely patient and answered my many questions. I also appreciated his honesty. Very happy to go and see him and further investigate at Giants Southport.

I came in to get new white walled tyres put on and have a general tidy up on the bike. The tyres were late and they generously leant me some knowing i was heading away for 10 days. They went over and above to look after me. I wanted the rusty screws changed but they said they couldn’t do it unfortunately. Other than that, I'm very happy.

Very happy with Giant Southport! Had new disc brakes fitted to my vintage mountain bike. Callum the mechanic did an excellent job! No delays, very professional and helpful. And thanks to Joel the manager as well. Would absolutely recommend.
